About the role

• Lead our initiatives in next-gen NLP, context understanding, and advanced language generation.
• Research, develop, and implement cutting-edge NLP algorithms to enhance our marketing AI solutions.
• Collaborate with our product and engineering teams to integrate NLP advancements into our core services.
• Analyze vast datasets to derive insights and improve model accuracy and efficiency.

About You

• PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Linguistics, or related field with a focus on NLP.
• Proven experience in advanced NLP techniques, context understanding, and language generation.
• Proficiency in Python and familiarity with NLP libraries such as NLTK, SpaCy, or Hugging Face's Transformers.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data structures.
• A deep curiosity about the intricacies of language and a passion for pushing the boundaries of NLP.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Team-oriented mindset, with a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
• Demonstrated ability to stay ahead of the curve in the rapidly changing field of NLP.
