This is used to automatically process job seekers' CVs and resumes, so all they need to do to keep their information updated is to update their main CV document and submit it again. From these CVs advanced XML-based profiles are created which include unified data on not only past experiences, skills and education, but also personality traits and ambitions.
These very rich profiles can be further augmented using automated online interviews for assessing skills and personality and for checking references. The interviews will be dynamically created based on the existing knowledge about the individual person, both to fill in gaps, but also to verify claimed skills and experiences.
The profiles can, using the advanced artificial intelligence association techniques, be matched to any kind of job specification, both sparse 10-liners and rich 1-pagers with specific skills requirements. The profiles can also be compared directly with other profiles to generate reports on the main differences and suitabilities of multiple candidates.
