Background

Our automated recruitment platform comes as a result of extensive research and development. The Orcawise team got inside and uncovered the inefficiencies and poor practices of the traditional recruitment model. After an extensive market and customer product definition exercise, over many years, we designed a unique platform and commenced research and development using intelligent systems and concepts for automated recruitment. After many iterations, the fruits of our efforts are now coming to the market and we have further committed a percentage of our annual earnings, to ongoing research and development.
